The processing of your data is based on: your express consent, granted by using our platform and accepting this policy; the execution of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship with you; compliance with legal obligations established in Dominican legislation, including Law 172-13 and SIMV resolutions; and our legitimate interest in improving the services offered and ensuring platform security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Data required by legal or regulatory obligations are retained according to the deadlines established by current Dominican legislation.

In accordance with Law 172-13, you have the right to: access your personal data in our possession; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances; and revoke your consent at any time.
